Advantages:

Расположение прямо рядом с горой и подъемником, просторная квартира на втором этаже, парковка во дворе рядом с домом, места были. Разместились комфортно, друг другу не мешали. Большой холодильник, санузел раздельный.

Disadvantages:

Не очень удобно, что стиральная машина подключается от удлинителя из коридора и ванную не закрыть. Мало розеток.
