Рядом с домом остановка автобусов, универсамы: "Пятерочка", "Магнит", магазины, Сбербанк, пивной бар, кафе "В своей тарелке", ресторан "Перец", русская баня на дровах, бассейн "Дельфин".

Advantages:

Самый центр Кировска, при этом окна выходят в тихий двор - можно хорошо отдохнуть и выспаться. В 50 метрах находится отличный ресторанчик.
