Расположение не самое плохое для туристов кто не катается. Рядом Магнит и Пятерочка. До Театральной площади 10 мин (центр города). Бар Баревич 5 минут. В квартире по сути есть все что надо (плита, микроволновка, чайник стиралка, сушилка.

Disadvantages:

Воду нужно покупать, из крана сильно вонючая.
