Advantages:

Квартира теплая и чистая, после ремонта. Все необходимое есть для проживания. Расположение удобное, рядом магазин, кафе и рестораны в пешей доступности. Обязательно приеду зимой. На машине до Биг Вуда ехать всего 5 минут.
